I am a senior of some years and have ED caused by diabetes. I have tried almost everything except pills that are widely advertised for the cure of ED. Just want to know if there is anybody out there with the same problem who may be of help.

ED caused by diabetes

Hi Pinochio
I'm an Italian medical doctor and of course I'm aware of your problem. Unfortunately among the long term complicances of diabetes there can be erection troubles. I can only advice you to go to a very good andrologist, who will surely help you with pills or something else. But if your ED is only partial, that is, if you can get, let us say, "half-hard", you can try soft penetration using a deep penetration position, which facilitates the penetration of a half-hard or even a flaccid penis into the vagina. I've tried it and it works, not only as a substitution of hard penetration but as an alternative, which can be even more pleasant for your partner. Women like slow men, and a soft, slow penetration can result in a special pleasure for them. You can easily find some drawings or photos about deep penetration positions on internet by digiting "deep penetration" and by looking for images. Try to believe. It is an ancient technique mentioned in ancient tantra texts.
Let me know if you like it.

Thank you Nick I will investigate. I appreciate your reply.
Dear Pinochio. I've forgotten to tell you that soft penetration usually works well if your woman is very well lubricated. So, before penetration, work with your hands and if you like with your tongue and lips on her vulva, especially around the clitoris and between the little lips of the vulva, sweetly and gently. It is usually very exciting for a woman to receive this treatment, and she will probably secrete a lot of her natural lubricant. Morevoer, if you use your mouth, your saliva can works as a lubricant. But, if your woman suffers a little bit of a dryness of her vulva (which is common), use lubricants. There are many to buy. They increase the sexual pleasure in my opinion, so do not hesistate to use them. Remember women love to be loved softly and gently, so they usually appreciate very much lubricants, which decrease the friction of your penis in their vulva and vagina.
Bye
Nick
