Hello I'm 15 and I got circumcised last year in April and it healed fine but on my helmet the skin hasn't seemed to fully heal because there is still like dry dead skin or something like that on my some parts of my helmet and other parts it's completely fine ???

FRom your description it looks like fine. Wait and watch . If any oozing comes you need to put antibiotic creams . Keep it clean . Rlax

Following circumcision, nature kicks in by growing a toughened surface to the now permanently exposed glans (which is supposed to be an internal organ protected by the foreskin).

It takes time, sometimes a year or more, for this keratinisation to complete its purpose. As others have said it's nothing to worry about. I wish you well Muni1.
