I just tore my foreskin. What should I do?

Hi, I am 28, average built man. I have a tight foreskin. When erect the foreskin just goes till the back of the glans. Today, when I tried to pull it little, it tore at the tip, and is very painful. What should I do?

Johan, you say "When erect the foreskin just goes to the back of the glans."

That's what it's supposed to do, and no further.

Hi Johan. I can sympathise with you. These little knicks can be painful but will heal without intervention. Best advice is preventing it happening again by stretching that foreskin. As well as pulling back your foreskin in the bath and shower why not do it every time you go for a piss. Cheers mate
