my problem is suddenly my semen become thin or watery. Please advise me what is the cause for the same and what should i do.

No known cause, but it's nothing to worry about. It doesn't signify a problem. Worrying about yourself inappropriately causes even more problems!

Here's my proven solution for thin semen or lack of sperm.

1. Limit your mobile/laptop usage. Pls research the "electromagnetic radiation + sterility in men". Don't put your laptop on your lap. Turn to "airplane mode" when you're going to put your phone in your pocket.

2. Limit your masturbation.

3. Take supplements: Zinc, L-Arginine, Lecithen, Multi vit and minerals

4. If you've been eating so much about junk foods - potato or corn chips, sweets, fast foods - it will dramatically drop your sperm count. Why? Because of the GMO. Pls do your own research about "GMO and sterility"

5. Eat these: Goji berries, fresh fruits, and green leafy veggies.

6. Avoid hot shower. Every morning put an ice cube on your testicles and massage it gently.

If you are doing excessive masturbation , you should reduce it and start having a good healthy diet it is very important.
