Hi I'm 22 boy ,after meeting with girlfriend of 1 or 2 hours at public places I suffer pain in testicals & lower abdomen & extreme difficulty in urinating.

Sounds like you need a chlamydia test first and urine culture done so you need to see your GP.

Presumably you are not in the U.K. Look up chlamydia test on the internet. General practitioner is a GP

When you meet your girlfriend you become sexually excited , that's the reason these all pains come .The best treatment is to do sex , if not possible masturbate . If it does not reduce meet urologist

If you had sex with your girlfriend, You might have got infected . Go to some good doctor and get yourself tested it looks something serious and don't hesitate and ignore this.

Hope you feel better now. It's possible an STD like chlamydia. You need to get a test for chlamydia. This infection can be cured by herbal medicine called Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill. I've tried this pill, it's efficient on male urinary and reproductive system diseases. Hope it helps.
