Problem with penis.

Hello, I am 18 years old and have recently experienced a problem with my penis which I have never experienced before. I woke up a couple of nights ago with a pain on the head of my penis during an erection. Later on the following day, I pulled back my foreskin to reveal a strange looking white patch which looks a bit like a blister. The surrounding area was more red than Normal also. I then awoke last night with the same pain, only worse this time but its too painful to pull back my foreskin now. Any ideas?

I had something similar which was lichen sclerosis go see your local sexual health clinic as it is you don't want it to spread. If caught early it can be treated with creams

Could be smegmitis . Use steroid cream
