Want to get rid of my tired looking face! Help please.

Hi all, I'm 28. I'm totally done with the tired look of my face! I'm kind of beauty conscious. My friends use to moke me saying that I'm a selfie maniac (ofcourse I'm). Now the thing is I can't accept the fact that I no longer look good in photos. I've been attempting to combat the dreaded loose skin with various forms of exercises, with little success. A friend of my suggested looking into skin firming lotions, something that can be applied and help tighten the skin. Another one suggested a skin tightening treatment. She underwent it recently from a clinic in Mississauga, McLean Clinic and says it worked for her. I can't really confirm on one. Can anyone advise on this? Which one do you think would be the best to consider?

The route you suggest sounds kind of medicalised to me. Lotions and other applied medications have a place within a spectrum of options, but I would argue that exercise, diet and plenty of enjoyment might also be beneficial.

The following are merely questions to understand but were you previously doing modelling work or something where your look was important both to you and others. It strikes me that you place an importance on your look, which is neither bad not good, but it would help to understand the context of how you're feeling now.

You can make a natural facial mask that can be applied once or twice a day -

blend together a cucumber, an avocado, with grapeseed oil, coconut oil, and aloe vera.
