Nighttime erections

After circumcision, when does nighttime/morning erections stop hurting?

For me it took a little while. From memory it was much better after the stitches came out as you no longer feel the pulling on them. I think about 3/4 weeks...

Like the previous answer, mine were definitely easier after the stitches came out, but there was still a tight feeling which could be uncomfortable sometimes.

Hey Garik. I'd say 'hurting' stopped after about a week, then I just noticed tight pulling on wound but not really pain with it.

There is no definite timescale but it will get better.

Try wearing tight pants in bed to reduce the erection, I found that helped, and of course no sexy thoughts !

It definitely got better when the stitches came away. Try sleeping on your side with the your knees up towards your chest.
