Hi guys. I am on day 6 of my post op Circumcision The night erections have been extremely painful and uncomfortable, and am writing this question at 4 am at night rn lol.
Will these erections be painful until all my stitches fall off? How many days does it generally take for these stitches to fall off completely ?

They are bad about the first 2 weeks. By week 3 they get a lot better. I slept in the day and stayed up at night. That helped

No problem bud hang in there. Those first 2 weeks are tough but it gets better. I’m on week 4 and my biggest challenges is still swelling and sensitivity. I’m still trying to get on underwear. I’ve been a nudist since my surgery 28 days now
Dont you apply any ointment on your glands? Also, how bad is the swelling? Is it decreasing with days? Are you on any meds for the swelling?
I stopped applying ointment because the bacitracin after about 3 weeks because it was irritating my skin. Also, my Doc gave me some steroid cream and I don’t like the way any of that stuff gets in the pee hole. I even used A&D ointment but I just stopped. (I wasn’t using all these at once. One or the other) I’m also letting the glans dry out as much as possible so I can lose sensitivity sooner. The glans sensitivity is reducing it’s just the pee hole that is very sensitive to clothing touching. The swelling ring is still there under the glans. Although not as bad as in the beginning. Frenulum area is still swollen and scabs and few stitches remaining. I was told the swelling can take months to resolve due to the damage to the lymph drainage ducts in surgery. This has been the longest month of my life but it’s getting better very slowly.
Yea man i got night erections everyday for like more than 2 weeks. It hurts a lot in the beginning and pain started going away after 10 days.
Just counting days. Want to reach the 6 week mark asap😖
Varies by individual, for me started to improve after about 2 weeks, but only slowly & not back to more or less proper disruptionless sleep till end of week. Think it improves a bit quicker for most others though.
Yes, I’m on day 15 and still have these painful erections. Yesterday I went to my surgeon and he said that I will continue to feel that until the stitches to fall.

Try to sleeo in the fetal position..knees tucked to chest as much as possible
Ya i try and do that. But doesn’t help
The fetal position didn’t help me either. Felt like it just brought a lot of swelling and pressure to my penis.
