It’s the day 120 post Circumcision + Frenuloplasty surgery.
Things finally started to settled down until recently I realised the initial pulling sensation below my glans came from the Frenulum.
It doesn’t hurt when my penis is fully erect, however initially when I wake up and the morning erections happen I feel a bit of stretching sensation in my frenulum.
I haven’t seen any post regarding this issue, so I am guessing it’s a unique one. I was wondering should I give it more time to heal or go visit my doctor?
Mind you the lymph fluids and swelling in the inner foreskin is still prominent.
Would appreciate if you could share your experience.

it is a great leap to make to assume that as you cannot find previous postings then your situation is unique.
You have yourself said that you have obvious signs that your penis is still healing. Perhaps the issue in the frenulum is part of that continued healing.
If you are worried, the advice will always be the same - go see a doctor.
They removed frenulum and hence there will be a scar in that region. It takes time for it to losen, I faced same. Frenulum area takes the longest to heal.
Apply coconut oil in that region, as time passes it will become lose. May take 6 months or so.
