scrotal cysts or lumps

ok guys something different from circumcising. In bath tonight checking my balls as we men do(or should) felt what feels like a cluster of small lumps on left. Been told in past just a cyst. But after checking right ball which has always been free felt a few small sores there also. Before I start worrying has anyone else felt this on balls n been told nothing to worry about. Or should I get it checked out asap.

Doctors for sure. Sounds like you've done this in the past so you know the drill. I was lucky (not!) to be checked out by a trainee lady gp who lets say had a firm grip (ouch) but it's good to get it checked.

It could just be the ep·i·did·y·mis which sits on top and back of each testes. If not, could be a testicular cyst and would need a scan to see what it is. I had a small pea size lump back in 1983 and then realized I needed to see a Urologist. He diagnosed it and the next day I was in surgery. I had stage 1 Seminoma. They removed one testicle and inserted a fake one for looks. That was LONG ago and I survived as most men do these days. Don't sweat it, get checked. Not worth waiting around and guessing. Trust me. had it tested many yeast ago and had a scan but told just a cyst nothing to worry about. Yes I’ve looked it up and I thought it could b epididymitis and the redness on scrotum orchitis even the redness at opening of urethra (nsu) been been tested for stis over the years but everything back negative. But cheers need to go back and push for answers
