Hi, Im 21 and my right testicle hangs quite a bit lower then my left, almost completely last my left, is this normal?
I also have a small lump, maybe the size of a pea, on the top of the my right testicle. I noticed it about a month ago, I dont know how long it was there before I noticed. It doesnt see to have grown in size but I could be wrong. Should I be worried?

It’s normal for testicles to be of different sizes and for one to hang lower than the other. I can’t advise on the lump.
It sounds like your lump could be the right epididymis - both testicles have one. One testicle tends to "rotate", a little, as your age increases and this gives it the illusion of hanging lower.
Your two testes will normally be of slightly different sizes and one will hang lower than the other. Most commonly it is the left testicle that is larger and lower, but there is no problem if it is the one on the right.
If the lump is not growing then it is probably not going to be a problem, but it may be worth checking with your doctor just in case.
All lumps on your testicles should be followed up. You are in the at risk age group for testicular cancer. Get it examined by your doc.
Not high risk. You have to be vigilant. Testicular cancer is more common in young adults and then in older men. But men of all ages need to regularly examine their testicular region and immediately see a doctor if there is any new swelling etc.
Hi, it's normal for one to hang lower than the other I think most guys would have this. It is important that you have any lumps or bumps checked with your doctor so you should have your right testicle examined just to be safe.
Definitely get the lump checked just in case. But I have a similar lump connected to my right one and have had it checked out and it’s just an epididymal cyst and not harmful. The doctor said the fact that it’s symmetrical means it’s less likely to be cancer as cancer is normally a misshapen growth
