I was circumcised 19 days ago, and for 19 days now I've been lying in bed without underwear, I can't walk yet because of the sensitive glans, when will I be able to walk again?

Hyper sensitive penis
for sure, what happens when u walk i guess you are emotionaly very sensitive else it should not happen
I'm starting to think people are having a laugh on here!
first 2 to 3 days is uncomfortable but bearable but not 19 days 🤔your just gonna have to grit your teeth and carry on it does get better any concerns contact who ever did it for you 👍
Actually, the glans isn't usually the most sensitive part of the penis, even for circumcised men. If you look up pubmed 17378847 (Sorrells et al, "Fine-touch pressure thresholds in the adult penis"), they found that "The glans of the circumcised penis is less sensitive to fine touch than the glans of the uncircumcised penis. The transitional region from the external to the internal prepuce is the most sensitive region of the uncircumcised penis and more sensitive than the most sensitive region of the circumcised penis. Circumcision ablates the most sensitive parts of the penis."
If you search for "images sorrells 17378847", there are diagrams of where the most sensitive parts are for both intact and circumcised men.
These things take time, but it sounds very unusual not to be able to walk after 19 days. Maybe you could ask your doctor about a numbing cream?
You could also see these posts from people reporting something similar after 5, 10 and 8 days respectively:

Sorrells et al found that it's actually the ventral side of the scar line on circumcised men, followed by the dorsal side of the scar line, then the frenulum at the urethral slit. I wouldn't count the frenulum as part of the glans btw, and some men have the entire frenulum removed during a circumcision anyway (this is apparently quite common on the east coast of the USA, where they sometimes try to remove as much as possible, and just leave a groove where the frenulum and frenular delta should be).
For intact men, Sorrells et al found that the most sensitive parts are the preputial orifice rim, followed by the frenulum at muco-cutaneous junction and the frenulum near ridged band.
The glans itself isn't particularly sensitive for either circumcised or intact men. If a man got a blow job that only touched the glans, it would be quite frustrating.
Elmla cream can be used as a numbing agent, as can sprays from sex shops. But in reality you have to introduce touch. I started with spray from the shower then let soft material touch the head. It can take time but you will get there.
I would suggest using something like a padded dressing inside tight pants which reduce movement. Movement = pain.
