3 weeks post Circumcised

things are healing nice most the stitches are out and the dreaded worry I had about my penis being smaller was just swelling ! However erections ! I had like 10 a night first after the surgery and the first week all my wife had to do was look at me and I’d hard. This last 5 days non. Even when I’m in bed and wife is giving me some attention (not sex of course) I’m only getting maybe a semi but no hard erections as before ? Only complication I had was heavy bleeding at day 2 and needed to be redressed a bit longer, any advice is very welcome I hope this is just part of the healing process thanks all
