So experiencing a couple problems, I’m on day 7 and the underside where the stitches are is continuously bleeding. I also noticed a large lump on the top side of the shaft of my penis underneath the skin that seems as though it’s getting larger. It’s making my penis look very fat when normally it’s not. It’s also quite red along the shaft noticeably compared to my natural skin tone. I’m a little worried and don’t know if it’s normal or not. It is still quite painful as well.

I would allow min 2 weeks for swelling to abate and get a better idea of what new normal looks like - if the red area stings or throbs you may have an infection
When you say continuously bleeding, do you mean it's soaking through your gauze nonstop? Or do you mean just drops of blood here and there? If the latter, it's normal.
The lump sounds like a sutured vein which is normal and will take some weeks, or months, to completely dissipate.
The redness...I'm not sure about.
I also got bumps/ lumps bcuz of the stitches. It's caused by the stitches keeping the skin tightly cinched. After the stitches fall out the bumps stay but typically go away over time. I dunno if this is what ur talking about
