Finally on the road to recovery, after having an infection and taking a course of antibiotics, things seem to be improving, I've been using lots of manuka honey and it seems to be healing fast, still feels a little uncomfortable and raw but I'm finally able to get a full erection again, not been able to wank or have sex yet though! 😅
How long does it usually take before you can start being active in the bedroom again?
My consultant said to wait at least 6 weeks before having a wank and to use plenty of lube. I found that the skin around the incision still tended to split slightly if I wasn't careful so waited another couple of weeks before trying again.. Also found that a condom helped during intercourse even though I hate the things but did protect the skin till it totally healed up. Everybody's healing time is different so use your own judgement but don't undo the good you've done so far.
Cheers for the advice fella, the manuka honey has been working wonders and it's helping me to heal a lot quicker. I'll wait another few weeks and see how it's going, probably a good thing to have a break from sex for a while but I'm getting extremely frustrated now haha

The usual recommendation is to wait about 6 weeks before attempting to masturbate or have sex. Things can superficially look and feel OK, but the underlying tissues may still be healing, so impatience (understandable though that is) could potentially cause you more problems and delay your full healing. It's virtually 4 weeks since the procedure, so leave Percy alone for another two or three after which hopefully you'll be good to go (and cum...)!
Get a good water based lube and don't be shy in using it.

I can't see a scar no, it's almost like it's underneath the bit of foreskin which is left, but when I pull back there is no scar as far as I can.
I have a little bit of skin left when flaccid, it sits just over the bottom of my head a little, so I still have movement there when I wank. 👍🏻

I don't think its a bad thing that you're cut short. It looks great! I was cut as an infant but they left my frenulum so I'm not too short. I'm told I have more sensitivity because of it.
