That looks like paraphimosis, and if it still looks like that, you should get medical attention today. Go to A&E (Accident and Emergency) or the ER (Emergency Room) if you have to.

It looks like an odeama (collection of fluid) though I'm not a doc. If you haven't had it looked at you should but if you pull your foreskin forward and avoid activity it should clear itself. Have you got a tight foreskin? To stop this happening again there are things you can do to loosen it or consider circumcision. Good luck

To prevent this happening again see phimosisjourney.com for stretching. Don’t use ice which would activate the dartos muscle to clamp down further. A steady squeeze of the glans.
