Its been 11 days since i got circumcised but my penis is still swollen what should i do?

An adult circumcision takes 6-8 weeks to fully heal. You can expect significant swelling for at least a month, although it starts reducing somewhat once the stitches are out (removed after about 14 days if not already dissolved).

OK. As I understand it, the ZSR staple strip should have come out withing 14 days. However long it takes, the swelling should reduce once you have no 'foreign bodies' (stitches, staples or silicone rings) in your body.

Is the swelling goes automatically after the rings falls?

It should do but some guys report some swelling still at 1 year.

The person is able to do sexual activities or not?

Usually after about 6 weeks but with care not to damage new skin.
