Circumsicion stitch fail?

Hello! I had a partial circumsicion 14 days ago and it has gotten to the point where the remaining foreskin can now cover the reduced swelling just under the glans!

I am quite concerned though because, I don’t know if it is the swelling that has been more reduced on this area but it looks to me as if just between the swelling and the remaining foreskin with the stitches, there is yet another gap of pink skin, could it be that the stitches that were meant to hold together the supposedly upper foreskin and the skin beneath it has been loosen and made a gap?

Should I call the urologists and check that out?

Thanks,

KittenV
