I have been circumcised and am 28years old I fear that during erection and daily cleaning of the wound might have interfered with the stitches because my penis looks damn scary beneath and sideways there is still fresh wound and I have been using saline warm water to clean and povidone soln please advice

Its ok brother... I have been on the same situation too right now... I am also feeling a hard lump on my right shaft just about 1 cm below the stitch... Do u have any?
The hard lump is where you surgeon sealed off a vein..don’t worry it will go👍
