Circumcision wound not healing, are these plastic cords?

Can anyone help me out? I'm circumcised and I'm just into my third week. I'm keeping my wound dressed up always and wash it two times a day. Also salt baths are not helping and making the situation worse, today I bled after using salt water as it removed blood clots. The stitches seem to be of a translucent plastic cord type, not the thread type, are they dissolvable? And the wound is not drying up in some places and little red and yellow discharge is seen on my dressing on those areas. I have always covered up my wound from day one after washing and applying soframycin ointment, as I fear the stitches would pull at my pants and tear up the wound. I got circumcised on 23rd April, i.e. last to last Thursday. Should I leave my wound open? Will those stitches dissolve? The open ends of stitches really sting on my inner foreskin, especially near the frenulum area. Please help me out.

Thanks brother for the reply. Btw today I opened all my stitches by washing with warm water. And now the stinging feeling is gone. I was in pain when opening them and the one stitch on the frenulum stung the most and bled when opening it, but i covered it up and now the bleeding has stopped. Don't know it was right or wrong but I did get rid of the stinging feeling, it was giving me headaches. Any suggestions, like should I take antibiotics for keeping infection at bay?, I finished the doctor given course on the first week itself. Tomorrow my week 3 will start.

And support the wound edges by a roller bandage or skin tape at least couple of nights. Nocturnal erections are worst, cause the wound may open by them.

Yes bro, it's my first night without stitches. I've covered them up with a strip of cotton cloth. Even though I'm getting nervous for erections.
