8 days since circumcision, wound has healed nicely and isnt painful but I have a lump on the side of the wound. I also developed an infection due to struggling to properly dry the wound because it was so painful at first and the infection seems to target if not be caused by the lump. My GP completely disregarded the lump and said it was a blood clot which it isnt, it was just covered in dry blood because it was bleeding. The lump is me, its my flesh and it's not blood. Just dont want it to be completely disregarded and have to wait another 2 years for an operation if one is needed. Any ideas?
Excuse the infection, I have been prescribed antibiotics which is clearing it up but I have days where it looks like its clearing up and then the next day it will be horrible again.
Either way lump is very prominent and so painful that even if I knock it i feel like i need to lay down. Also due to where it is located on the bottom side of my penis no how I sit or lay the lump is pressed onto my leg or ballsack.

I think that’s the same as what I had. I was circumcised 6 weeks ago and had that after a week. The doc gave me antibiotics to kill the infection and the lump went down a little with the infection and has gone down more since but I still have a bit of a lump there. It’s painless now but I Went back to the doc the other day to check it was ok and he has referred me back to the urologist, just waiting for them to get back to me. He thinks it’s a build up of repair tissue and can be gotten rid of with a swab of something to burn it off (painless). I’d go to another doc just to be sure.
I dont know where everyone else is from but I'm from the UK and our NHS has a massive build up because it's being abused so the 2 year wait was because I wasnt a priority over high risk patients like the elderly or cancerous operations. I had mine done is Salisbury due to phomosis and I think I had a high cut. I have phoned the urologist twice and have been waiting for a return call for 2 days now. Almost feel like I've had the cut and then got thrown back out the system. No information on after care, no information on how to look after or care for the wound. The operation was great and I'm happy with the look. Honestly the surgeon did an amazing job, but the aftercare seems to be poor. I'm heeling fine. No pain around the wound. Just this lump.
