After circumcision drying of tip of the penis

I have done the circumssion operation before 15 days and my red tip of the penis is not got dried. What should I do to dry it ?

The drying is what I think is Kerotination ? It takes time for this to happen but to be honest I apply Coconut oil daily to stop it drying out to much to maintain sensitivity.Be patient, it will happen.
