Penis length after Circumcision

Hi guys Im 26M, recently I have done circumcision and it's my 10th day today, what worries me is, before circumcision my erection penis was 6 inches and after circumcision my erect pens is only around 4.5 to 5 inches and also I feel pain and discomfort during erection. I'm worried about the size of my penis. Whether it will get back its original size after healing? and how is my healing on day 10?. Kindly guide me. Thanks in advance

Hey Kingsanto. Check our my post. I have the same worry and they answered me on this. Just give it time for area to heal. Im in my 4th week of recovery

Thanks brother :). I was very much worried about my length. When erect, I found my penis 2 inch shorter than before. Now I'll wait for month. Bro can you share your penis, like how it looks after 4th week?

Hey King, just give the area time. You are only 10 days into it. By week 3/4 you should see the swelling go down a lot and pain should subside. Time is your best friend and of course keep the area clean and dry

Thanks brother for your reply . One more question. If i apply antiseptic cream it automatically makes the wounds wet. Should i avoid applying cream and leave it like that?

Do whatever your doctor recommends. My doctor wanted me to keep it as dry as possible and didnt recommend any creams but your urologist will know whats best for you depending on the type of circumcision u did. If he recommends the cream, continue using it. In my case, my doc just gave me antibiotics for the first 2 weeks

My doctor told if any bleeding comes then you apply the cream. Mine was i had phimosis and now stitches has been done 2 mm outside the end circumference of the glans.

Seems very similar to my case. Also a case of Phimosis. Just follow doctors instruction. You might get some plasma leakage for the first couple of weeks (Yellow discharge from incision site) Which is all normal as per my doctor. If you do get a foul smelling liquid just contact ur doctor for a check in case of infection

You should give it some time to heal, mine hurted When i get erections when it was still days 1-10, but eventually after 12-15 days it wont get much sensitive anymore and the discomfort wont be there for long.

any update? im day 6 right now, the only time i felt a sign of erection, my penis hardly grew did yours go back to normal?

from experience you don’t lose length when circumcised it may appear so but remember if your measuring do so from the pubic bone above the penis to the end as depending on your body shape and body mass you may have when standing some of the penis buried under FUPA fat pouch that is the pubic area of skin etc .

I hd circumcision 2 years ago. You definitely do lose some length. They have taken skin off so it won’t grow like it used to. If you have it done as a child it wouldn’t affect you.
