Penis still healing after 4 weeks.

I got circumcised 4 weeks ago and my penis is still swollen and looks like it is healing. I got a red bump on my frenulum and there is skin which still covers a small part of my glans (just a few milimeters at the front). It this normal and when will my penis be fully healed?

I have received information that it takes 6 weeks and more to get fully healed as everyone has is healing process. For the swelling I also go through the same thing, actually am soon making a month after Amy circumcision but just be patient, all will be well soon.
