My wound looked this week like it finally had dried out, and started forming scabs. Unfortunally they have all gone (sticked to underpants or leg each time). All the scabs became moisty again and now each time a scab form it goes away really quick.
Since today I started using a hairdryer to dry the wound faster, but unfortunally to not much prevail. Each time the skin is moist alot of yellow soft scab comes off (new skin tissue) and each time the wound looks getting deeper and deeper and the scabs become less thick each time
I'm getting worried that each time the scab goes away alot of skin can't recover in it's destined thickness and will leave some sort of crater like scar..... The ridges around the wound are really higher compared to the wound. Haven't they removed too much skin with my procedure?
I've included a picture, and the wound looks worse and bigger after a couple of weeks even. The picture looks better than the real stuff, also the picture is taken after drying it but now after couple minutes it's moist again...

Hi man you need to keep it dressed with some non adhering dressing, Melolin and wrap some gauze over that until it is healed enough to stop the wound from sticking to everything. change the dressing everyday and keep us clean.
I would wash with some salt water in a bowl every day and if it starts to smell or gets red looking i would consult with your doctor.
Thank you for your reply, I honestly thought my wound had finally dried out but unfortunally woke up to a gone scab.
Do you think considering that my wound got deeper by this, that it could lead to some complications when it has healed fully? Or that it will now lead to a crater or a uglier scar?
Hi Man, it was unfortunate that your scab came off It will heal up hopefully it won't leave any complications and scarring, just keep it clean and I would keep it covered.
a little bit of salt in some warm water should be ok it's like a natural disinfectant
I don’t think you should panic mines was almost similar to your, salt baths dug it so I just used plain water to clean it (soaked in warm plain water for a minimum of 5 mins) then cleaned with cotton ball and avoid ointments and Vaseline as much as possible in that area just keep it dry and uncovered as much as you can, just wear a gown if there’s people around and no underwear. Should be ok soon.
As it looks quite yellow i would go and see your doctor today or phone the hospital where you had it done they should be happy for you to go and show them to put your mind at rest. Get a professional to take a look just in case there is any infection. If there was you would want to get on some antibiotics asap. Good luck
Should see your surgeon again cause the surgical wound maybe infected. So cleaning the wound with sterile processing and equipment prevent and make the healing process faster. The antibiotic pills maybe prescribed according to your surgeon.
How are you now? I’m going through almost the same thing. It’s been 6 weeks since I got my Circumcision and healing has be slow and incomplete. I hope you resolved your issue
