So I thought I'd just let you all know that there is light at the end of the tunnel. I had mine done at the age of 54 because if Phimosis. I had it done last October, and for about 6 weeks it was Hell. I was peeing sideways, was sore, couldn't get used to the sensation of clothes rubbing against it. Also my elections seemed at least an inch shorter.

8 months on I'm so glad I had it done. Erections are back to normal , but harder, the length is back and sex feels so much better. I'm having knee trembles for the first time in 30 years !

Hey! Can you tell me when did the hypersensitivity issue started to resolve? I’m on day 8 and glans are still sensitive to touch and clothes (the tip more than glans) also when did you first wear normal clothes?

For me or the original poster? For me mine isn’t fully resolved at day28, but hypersensitivity much better now, even managed a 10k run Sunday with no discomfort, just the occasional bit. Started getting better week 3, but wore normal clothes week 1. Hypersensitivity was never a big issue for me, more sleeping at night & weeing straight.

Vaseline helps with the sensitivity, tight but comfortable pants also.

I tend to alternate now, wore tighter briefs weeks 1 & 2 to stop it moving around too much, now friction is less of an issue wearing boxers as more comfortable. Still wear tighter briefs for exercise though.

Happy to hear that we must be patient. I'm on week 5 now after the surgery and the first 3 weeks were like hel. Things got better for sure, but still not what I hoped for. Take a leak like a girl is still the safest way to avoid wetting the floor, walls and even your own pants. Getting an erection is still not that pleasant and the size is also disappointing,....Still a long way to go, but happy to read that be patient is the best cure.

Glad to hear things have worked out for you. It's worth pointing out though that plenty of porn stars are intact, especially outside the USA, and two porn stars who got circumcised have been quite vocal that circumcision made things worse:
