Glans sensitivity after circumcison

Hi guys, I had a circumcision on the 5th of jan so I’m about 5 months post op, and I have a problem as my glans/helmet is pretty much as sensitive as it was before the circumcision and especially the inner foreskin aswell is very sensitive, I get the occasional semi from walking with baggy underwear on still to this day and when I masturbate I’m finished in under a minute i climax so quick now, I always finished quickly before the circ I’d always last about 3 minutes but nothing like I do now. Please could someone help and did anyone else do anything to decrease sensitivity or do I just have to wait a year or so? Looking forward to hearing people’s experiences and solutions...

The more you touch and rub it the quicker you will get used to it and desensitise it.
