After circumcision how to reduce glans sensitivity

Hello friends i was partially circumcised 12 days ago.....my glans are hyper sensitive as i was suffering from phimosis.....it never came out....whenever it touches cloths or underwear i feel like a current flows....how to reduce its sensitivity please suggest.

Only time and exposure of the glans to contact with clothing, your hand, etc will induce it to adjust to being permanently exposed. Basically, you just have to grin and bare it for a week or two and then enjoy the new situation.

What the others are say and you could try holding your penis. The more you touch it the quicker you will get used to it.

That's a part of the healing process. Over time, exposure to air, friction, etc will cause you to get used to it. I used to yell out in pain at anything touching my penis. My girlfriend got annoyed of how much I would scream over anything/anything . Now it's almost a month and a half after my procedure and I'm way better now. Still a slight sensitivity but it has for sure been gradually decreasing and it is less and less bothersome.

Glans skin may take upto 2-3 months to become kertainize due to constant rubbing with clothes.

Anuj7 Is it keratinized due to exposure to air or rubbing by clothes? If by rubbing, does it have to be done frequently; otherwise after 40 years, I must have touched/rubbed so many times at least more than that can be done in a month or two?

The rougher you are with it the quicker it will happen - if you can tolerate it. But it will happen I promise. Me? I wore rough trousers with no underwear and slept naked to get it over and done with. Good luck and enjoy being circumcised.

Hmm but when i get tougher with it.....it feels like something hurting my glans....so i move it back....but i need to loose sensitivity somehow it will take time....
