I've been circumsized 3 days ago and my penis is still healing. Is the inflamed thing on the back of the head of the penis normal?

Hello, I've just been circumsized for 3 days ago. And I just wanna ask if my penis is fine and healing properly. The only thing I'm worried about is about the swollen (and kinda inflated?) thing in the back of the head of my penis, I'm afraid it might be an infection. I'm consuming my medical treatments for every 8 hours, and those are Mefenamic Acid and Antibiotics. I also take off the gauze before taking a bath, is that what I am supposed to do? And after taking the bath, I pour a bit of Betadine in the wounds and use a cotton bud and Vaseline to reduce the sensitivity of my glans, after that I put on a new gauze. I wear very loose pants and skirts to avoid the clothes to touch my sensitive glans.
