Hipersensibility of the head of the penis after circumcision
Hello. I had phimosis my entire life and didn’t tell anybody about it. When I was 19 I decided to go to the doctor to get it fixed so they said they need to operate it. After that my penis healed, but since then the head of my penis has been super sensitive, almost like it was before the operation. I mean it’s less then before it but it is there. Keep in mind that I am 22 now so this has been 3 years ago!! I can’t even get a blowjob or penetrate because it just hurts, it simply hurts it is so sensible. I have no problem ejaculating. I can masturbate, but when someone else tries to edge me, blow me etc it just hurts. I was yesterday at the doctor and I told him the same thing, he said he can’t find any issue with it. It simply just happens to some guys but I can’t accept it. He prescribed me Cicaplast from La Roche Posay but he said i shouldn’t expect big changes. Does anybody have any idea that might help me? I am so desperate ..

What you are experiencing is normal. You have to remember that your glans were fully covered and had never been exposed to any direct touch or routine direct (underwear/cloth) rubbing sensation Your glans have gone from zero exposure to full permanent exposure.
Even guys who had foreskin that pulled back normally and then were circumcised go through several months (years of heightened sensitivity). Your body is coming from an even more physically conservative space.
With that in mind you should try and be more patient.
Yes, hypersensibility increases when wet. Sometimes it’s pinkish sometimes it’s like a dark purple, i don’t know if i am allowed to show pictures here. I have no problem wearing underwear but if i begin to rub it intentionally it does hurt, it’s uncomfortable.
