Im on 3 weeks after getting circumcised, did it because I couldn't pull my foreskin back and never touch my gland. Im still very sensitive. Is it better to wear underwear when I sleep or just sleep with some shorts with no underwear to make it heal faster?

Your penis does not have a gland. Your cockhead is called the glans. Or more correctly glans penis.

You can begin testing wearing either cotton or microfiber material underwear. And allow the glan to brush against underwear. I am sleeping naked because it feels comfortable and allow the glan to receive air. Day time if you need to go out can wear clothing like normal. It will take time for the glan to adjust, don't worry.

I don’t think it makes a difference mate some times you just need to let as much air get to it as you can I’m also just over 3 weeks gone after the first week I started sleeping in boxers but if it hasn’t scabbed up yet sleep naked and let the air get to it
