Still can’t see stitches

Will be 3 weeks since operation and there is a small amount of swelling left. I’m guessing this is what causes foreskin to cover the stitches slightly meaning to see them I have to pull it back a very very small amount. Is this normal would you say, I know I’m only half way through the first part of healing soo

Stiches either fall off or dissolve. You should be fine. It also sounds like you are not having any discomfort on account of them. Thats a blessing. My last two stiches were around till the 8th week and it caused mild discomfort. Eventually however, everything was fine.

Honestly it’s hard to remember everything because everything is a new and unique feeling following the procedure lol. There has been short moments of discomfort in general as to be expected i guess. But no, I don’t seem to be having much pain due to them. thanks for the help!

Yes. There will be random little pains that will come and go. They are not a problem unless the pain increases or stays for a long time without changing. One other thing - swelling can last up to 3 months for some people, so the fact that you already see a good bit of decrease in it, is a positive note.
