I’m on day 45 of my circumscion and my stitches still haven’t fallen out when will they or how do I speed up the process and what is this crusty yellowish stuff under the head ?

Would suggest you to go to any surgeon/Urologist and get it removed because keeping them after 6 Weeks isnt a good idea. Other stuff you can do to try to help it drop off faster is warm bath with soaking and soaping the sutures. Don't need to be too gentle with it too. Also doesn't mean to tug or pull. Hope this helps. I highly suggest for you to go in to see your doctor and get them removed! You are definitely healed from the outside and the stitches will leave scars or even worse small little bumps which take months to smooth out.

I used a soft tissue the put between to stop the sensitivity
