Circumcision 20 days

Hey guys im at 20 days now still have 3 stitches left at the bottom part can i use coconut oil or bio oil now or should i wait for last 3 to come off

The stitches will have doe their job and the wound should be sealed now so the remaining ones can usefully be removed. You can also use the oils if you wish, but be aware that they will have little effect on the appearance of the final scar whilst there are scabs on the surface.

This his bottom part 3 stitches are still there they wont come off yet Should i wait and keep using Neosporin or just bio oil to help losen the stitches plz let me know

The stitches will not be removed by neosporin or oils. They will be dissolved from inside by enzymes in your lymph. However, you can remove them yourself by following the advice in the medically approved booklet at: circinfo.com/post-op_care/c...
