Here is the result after a lot of worry I’m happy with the result! Still got some healing to go but I’m looking forward to using it!
I don’t feel any length has been lost but it is still feeling a bit tight. Is this something that will sort itself out?
Hi man, it looks good! I'm on day 19 now - I don't feel tight but that's probably because I got a loose circ, meaning that when flaccid, my foreskin can cover the "ring" that's on the bottom of the glans. However your photo looks great - nice and clean, I can see that you don't have any stiches left on the front side, so basically just keep on doing everything as you did so far during the recovery and it should be healed soon! Just a couple of questions:
1. Do you still have stiches on the back side of your penis, around the frenulum area?
2. How are you dealing with glans sensitivity, does it hurt when you touch it with your fingers or something, or when it moves around your underwear?

There are the remains of the stitches, they are partly dissolved however with only a tiny bit remaining, I imagine they will be gone in a few days.
Sensitivity was terrible for about a week after, but now I don’t notice it at all really. I’m comfortable with the glands on clothing etc bit can still feel sensations. Like someone described on here, it’s like putting a gloved hand in hot water, you still feel the heat, but the sensation is altered.

Beautiful penis. It’s a very nice clean cut. I see you have tightness. Could it be because your frenulum is tight or short? Using tissue expansion can help a lot. I was curious, I notice you these lines on your glans. I have a very similar appearance on my glans with respect to those lines. I was circumcised as an infant. I was just curious if you had those when you were uncut?

The frenulum was loosened, it’s still fairly scarred so I imagine it will loosen off. I plan to do stretching and am using coconut oil to keep the whole thing healthy.
As for the glans, I have always had those. As I become more erect the head smooths out however and if there is any moisture it also smooths out. I don’t think it’s anything out of the ordinary.

All normal. I had tight circ which I requested. Initially I thought that too much was removed as any erection felt really tight and restrictive. But over the weeks, nocturnal erections caused the skin to stretch to exactly as needed. Very happy with the result, so don't worry either.
