4 days since circumcision - when to apply Bio Oil?

I was circumcision with no foreskin left.

It was on Monday.

I have read something about applying Bio Oil on the glans or around the stiches?

When is it safe or a good idea to apply Bio Oil on the glans/incision?

It is too early for you to apply Bio Oil, you must wait for the wound to heal completely, and if possible, wait until all the stitches have fallen. Be patient, everything will be fine... I’m on my 42nd day after surgery and I’m just going to start applying Bio Oil. My wound has healed 100%

Im beginning on day 5 my there is stil fresh small spots of bleeding.

What do you use to make sure the wound and stitches are not sticking to anything down there?

Apply when wound has completely closed.

Look into a product called Skin Medical Scar Gel. It has lactic acid in it and is proven to break down raised scar tissue. My dermatologist gave it to me to try and I’m liking it a lot. I had been using bio oil sometimes and felt like it did a good job of keeping things moist and soft but didn’t feel like it worked very quickly to even out scar tissue or fade discoloration because of its lack of active ingredients. It’s primarily just a blend of oils.

So on day 4 for 7 days antibiotic cream 3 times a day for 7 days , on day 14 exactly you start with Bio Oil for 2-3 months 2 3 times a day . Youre in post healing phase so antibiotic is cream is crucial now .
