I’m in the second week post op. Right side of my cock healed pretty good but the left side of the mucosa on the shaft is a bit swollen(there was no swelling on the right side from the start). The frenulum also looks all healed up, have been applying a lot of neosprin powder and Vaseline.
Concern 1- Swelling part on the left side of mucosa.
Concern 2- I tried pulling the staple ring and it slightly came off but stopped pulling when it started to hurt so I’ll give it a day or two.
Concern 3- Shaft discolouration of my cock, how to fix it?
Concern 4- When can I start running again, being a long distance runner. (I’m post 10 days rn)
Concern 5- I’ve been suggested to use bio oil, vitamin e oil and olive oil by my friends. What’s the purpose and should I use them?
PS does everything look normal? Any suggestions or comments will be appreciated.

The pink color of your inner mucosal skin is going to always be a pink color. That’s just the color it is. The shaft skin will remain darker. It’s Ok.
The purpose of oils, emollients, creams is to provide moisture to the newly healed skin. Oils are not safe to apply to an open wound however, you can slather a layer of Vaseline/petroleum jelly on the wound. This keeps the wound moist (which is good) and keep debris and bacteria out of the wound. I am on week 9 and I don’t feel the need to apply an oil product anymore.
You may not be able to run for a month or more. It depends on how much swelling you have. I suggest wearing a very supportive underwear to keep your penis from flopping at all when you run. You will know if it’s uncomfortable. You need at least 4 weeks for everything to close and somewhat settle down before you even try
