Redness and a little discharge on glans skin after circumcision

Hello everyone, i’ve had my circumcision exactly 8 Days ago, the wounds from The surgery seems ok, no signs of infection

But my glan has been very sensible, since i’ve removed the inicial bandage (48 hours after The surgery, suggested by The doctor) and since the glans had contact with my pubic hair, it has started to be Red, like wounds, they always create some sort of yellow thing over The redness and The wound is a lil wet, but it has no smell. Is it normal, my doctor said it was, can you help me im very concerned, i can post a picture of it if needed

3 days ago, today is looking better, seems to have less secretion but the wound seems bigger and it’s red and wet

If u want the wound to dry clean the area with gauze soaked in betadine this worked for me
