Hello I'm new to this forum but I've seen some really helpful suggestions and guidance. I went through laser circumcision since I had Phimosis. The wounds seem to be healing but it made my internal skin more red, full of rashes and red/yellowish pores and painful.
Any idea what is happening to me?
I'm still taking antibiotics suggested by my doctor.

A teen or adult circumcision, by any method, takes 6-8 weeks to fully heal and some swelling may even persist longer. You are only 4 weeks in, so will definitely have swelling that will slowly subside.
The former inner foreskin is also thin mucous membrane (not normal skin) and always swells more than the rest of the penis as well as being more susceptable to any trauma.
You have a bizarre slanted red line on your former inner foreskin on dorsal side. It can be a scar from laser or scalpel? You may ask your surgeon is that a work accident.
You may ask your doc is it necessary to use antibiotics if there no inflammation on wound. Usually swelling after four weeks post-op is due to damaged lymph flow.
Sure take all the pills what your doctor prescibed.
Wash it daily > dry > spread petroleum jelly > cover > repeat until it is healed.
Instead of petroleum jelly you may use paraffin gauze 'Jelonet' too. When you put a roller bandage on the inner skin will stay on? If you won't use some of I mentioned earlier the wound discharge will stuck in underwear or gauze.
I think if there is more discharge you may use more absorb gauze like cheap 'Melolin' non-adhesive dressing or similar under the roller bandage. It's way too much of wound care if you open it four times a day.
Every time you open the gauze and wash it. It takes to get back to optimal temperature on wound. Wound care once a day would be more preferable. You may ask some other health professional, too.
