Hey guys new here, had my circumcision 3 weeks back, but don't think the doctor removed enough of my foreskin. Currently my glans is not fully exposed and some scar tissue is preventing me from retracting the head for cleaning. Also the scar tissue is attached to my frenelum and pains also when trying to pull back. Also having strained paining overall in my penis, is this normal? How do I get rid of the adhesions under the skin in order to retract my glans. I'm using vase line like the doc said but it's not helping. Please tell if this is part or the process.

Can't retract glans after circumcision
I think you need to contact your surgeon or doctor. This does not sound normal.
It sounds like the doctor has left a little bit too much skin and you have skin readhesion going on, try not to force anything to move as it may do more harm than good to your glans and any scarline/stitched area that has healed correctly.
Request an appointment with your doctor as soon as possible, sadly you may require a second surgery if it had adhered fully
Are u sure it was your frenulum that was either lengthened/removed or was it a circumcision leaving your frenulum intact?
If your cut was performed by a doctor than im sure you would not be experiencing what you are now complaining of.
You have some issues that should be addressed by your doctor. There are different possibilities but a forum like this cannot give you a diagnosis.
I have an appointment this Saturday. The frenelum is intact as the doctor said he does not remove as I wanted this. I wanted a correction for phimosis but now I can't even retract the skin to reveal the full glans. I've been trying to stretch the scar line as this is the problem to retract the glans. It's mostly healed but still pains when trying for it to fold over to retrwct. Hoping I don't have to do another surgery as this may be costly again, not to mention painful. Thanks for your advise guys. Do you all think the scar will be able to stretch to free up the glans as it heals. This will solve my problem for retraction.
