I had my procedure done around 4 weeks ago and a few stitches haven’t fallen of my doctor said it’s best for them to fall out themselves than removing them because it can cause bleeding

It only started to fall off for me around the 6th week. I am at my 7th week now and I would say that about 3/4ths of them have fallen off.
I did ask my doctor about it. He said that there was no particular harm done if they were in still and that I should just let time take its course.
