Stitch tunnels after adult circumcision

I am almost 70. Was circumcised in January 2017 - felt my foreskin was too long and interfered with sex.

Had the circumcision done at the same time I was having an orchidopexy to fix my right testis that I had accidentally caused to rise up in the inguinal canal while stretching to balance a 5.8m barge board while I was high up on a ladder. Painful.

I have one large tunnel and 6 or 7 smaller ones, all to the right of the raphe.

Can be a job to keep clean and I am thinking of asking my urologist to snip them open when I see him soon for my biennial checkup.

Do I regret the decision to circumcise? Sometimes, I think I should have cut less, and had a little skin over the corona to increase/maintain the sensitivity prior to the cut.

Neither of these are penis related - particularly a ruptured Achilles Tendon! They would be appropriate to the main forum and not this Penis Health forum.
