Day 6 after Circumcision OP!! Painfull stitches.

I'm on day 6 if post surgery and my syitches keep hurting at times like little stabbing pains. Mostly around the side nearest to the underside where the banjo string was. Its still swollen and really sensitive but just womdering if these are pains are normal. It hurts when im just laying still and if moving and honestly I'm really hoping it goes away soon. Can y'all give me your experience and advice?

I recommend you to ask the person that circumsized you about it. Otherwise, Pain is normal as long as it does not get severe. By this time, the pain should have reduced quite alot since the tissue around the stitches will likely have healed albeit not completely; this could be a sign of infection so i recommend you to talk to your urologist.

I have an appointment with my urologist in two days because it hurts more and might be infected. I also had to start back at work which makes things harder since I work overnights and have to wear my uniform while on duty. Im just hopeful the doctor can help me get this situation fixed and I can heal up soon.

Ya i was having same pain of the stitches which started to fall at day 8 , don’t worry once they fall it is gone.

I am on day 8 after my circumcision , I feel pain while it erects and I can see some blood everytime it erects ,My wound are not totally healed Can anyone gove me an idea please?

You can always support the incision line with surgical tape like strips of 'Micropore'. Then it won't stretch that much on erection.

I’m the same. On day 11. Everytime I get an erection it feels like the skin is going to rip apart! Can’t wait for the area to heal
