My surgeon gave me an antibiotic cream called Nuban, to apply to my wound for 10-14 days after the procedure. 7 days after my procedure I did check in with my GP regarding the yellow discharge on the head of my penis, he did say that it is normal and nothing of concern and gave me and antibiotic called Betamox 250mg capsules to take, one tablet three times a day for four days to help dry up all the discharge and speed up the would healing.
