I dont know ! Should it get cutted too ? Do i have to face any problems for sure with that in future ?

And few drops of blood is coming out of stitches , and some yellow discharge too which is getting dry and becoming like a scab on the incision ! And should i clean it with warm or cold water ? And also erections giving me lots of pain at the stitches ! Tell me what is normal and what is abnormal in this bro !

As mine was laser circumcision ! My doctor said just go with your regular life and not mentioned any things like warm water or cold, epsom salt, oil massage, anything !but the wound is looking dirty covered with all that dirty ! So pls help me bro ! What should i do ?

Doctors won't suggest anything. It's the cut bros who with the experience know well about it as we all gone through under the knife. So just have a saline water for cleansing your wounds if you cannot perform salt water bath, make sure keep it dry the wounds. Avoid porn, keep relax, the erection due to adult circumcision as you have had developed much nerves and suddenly got chopped off all it. So technically your lil brother is now in the process of accustom the new situation.
