I don’t know what resources are available where you are. I would try you GP/PCP or a sexual health clinic, or a urologist. Here you can order some tests through private laboratories. I guess they have doctors who will order them if you pay for them. If you don’t have primary care then find a doctor

I was referred to a specialist to have it checked, but I don't recall the specialist's profession. It wasn't my urologist. But your urologist or primary doctor will refer you as needed. My primary doctor ordered the testosterone levels test but referred me to specialist for a second opinion & a retest.

My levels were fine, and I was under 40 at the time, so didn't need any injections, supplements, etc.

Can't say for libido, but in terms of strength/hardness of erection, pills like Viagra or Cialis may help. You can talk to your doctor/urologist about it, to get a prescription to try.

I have or had similar issue before, and I use the pill as a booster just in case when needed.

You can use or start with a low dose and only increase dosage as needed.

As some people have suggested, you could get your testosterone levels checked, but it's normal to have lower libido and weaker erections after 40. Sildenafil (Viagra), vardenafil (Levitra) and tadalafil (Cialis) will all help with stronger erections, but won't affect libido.

If you're taking any other medication, in particular anti-depressants, that may be a cause for lower libido.

Tadalafil .. Generic Cialis is excellent. Helps me along. You can buy online with just basic prescription checks. It's effect lasts longer, up to 2 days plus. I buy larger tablets and chop them up. Better value! I use these to help, not fix any issue though.
