Tight Foreskin, Irritation and White Patch.

Currently suffering from Phimosis and irritated glands but recently noticed this on my gland. What could it be?

I will do. I have seen an online dermatologist but wanted a second or third opinion from people from people.

I would echo Jim’s advice. An urgent visit to a doctor is needed.

Mate ,would highly recommend you to go meet a doc as soon as possible to avoid any worsening . Also like what Hidden and jimfromcalif have said no one here is qualified to diagnose you . Only a doc can and I would definitely put my money on meeting one rather than an online consult.

What did the dermatologist say?

Balanitis caused by phimosis and irritation from smegma aswell as friction induced superficial excoriation

I got recommended Hydrocortisone and Clotrimazole.

Hi Man, as the guys have suggested you need to visit your GP for a referral to see a specialist. you have severe phimosis with scarring and discolouration. it's not something to be left and hope it improves it needs diagnosis and treatment.

Yes, see your doctor, and not an urologist, but a good, knowledgeable dermatologist, but don't blindly accept anyone's advice. People tell you what they know and understand, but they don't know everything ... and you could easily get bad advice, just as much as good advice. Second and third opinions can be more than useful.
