A rash between the lower groin and testicle

I have a rash, I don't know what exactly caused it

Is there a lotion or medicine for that.

Knowing that there is no smell or itching

Looks like a fungal infection. Should respond to Canesten or Daktarin ointment. If it doesn’t, see a doctor.

In my experience it can take up to 3 weeks until the skin looks back to normal. And yes as Hidden says, wear cotton underwear and let the air get at it too.

Well, I'll get rid of all my briefs underwear , even though I love wearing themI'll buy a boxer underwear , maybe it will be better

It caused high sweating between legs it's called jockstrap keep putting nappy rash cream on as this will stop the condition and leave it all up

Agree with previous answer. I had same and it took quite a while to get rid of using Daktarin. Also don't wear tight underwear as it causes chafing and sweat makes it worse , let some air in.

Yes agree with xsevenx. Mine took 5weeks because I had to wear a suit at work and got very hot. Just try and keep as cool as possible wuth natural fabrics next to your skin
