Circumcision recovery: glans

I got circumcision surgery 15 days ago because I was suffering from phimosis. During the surgery, the surgeons also cut off the parts where my foreskin adhered to my glans.

So the underside of my glans is all red and tender whereas the sides are drying up. Every time a scab forms over the red and tender area, it falls off a few days later and the area is still red and tender.

Should I keep the area dry? Or would something like Neosporin help the healing process?

Neosporin will only help prevent infection and not promote faster healing. 15 days is still early in your healing process
